Directions

Phobia is located at 2859 Maco Rd NE, Leland NC 28451.  If you are coming from Wilmington on 74/76 make a left at Maco Rd (Hardees & Subway) a few miles up on the right behind LA Times Bar.  Coming from 17, make a left on to 87 North and it will be about 10 miles up on the left, go past the LA Times bar and drive way back to the parking area.  Parking on site is Free.  Please respect the property and do not litter or destroy their property.  Cameras monitor the parking and other areas.  Porta Johns are available in the attraction.

STAY ON THE PATH.  ANYONE WANDERING IN THE WOODS WILL BE PROSECUTED FOR TRESPASSING. 

Phobia Haunted Trail is not recommended for small children.  Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. No refunds unless the event is cancelled.  DO NOT TOUCH THE ACTORS, you will be removed immediately with no refund.  There is no smoking at the event.  No backpacks or large bags.   NO WEAPONS OF ANY KIND!  No food or drink will be allowed in the attraction but can be consumed while waiting.  Food and drink is available for purchase on site.
