What type of attraction is Phobia?
Phobia Haunted Trail is a walking haunted trail attraction in the woods. There are no dead ends. You will encounter live actors that will pop out but not touch participants. We will have strobe lights and fog machines. It is an outdoor attraction with walls and open ceiling. You will also be in the woods for a portion of the attraction. Do not stray off the path.
What age is Phobia appropriate for?
Phobia is recommended for adults. Children under 10 need to be accompanied by an adult. Parents should use caution when bringing a small child and no refunds will be given.
Do you offer group discounts?
We do offer group discounts for groups of 20 or more. This must be arranged in advance not on site so we can accommodate your group. We also do parties and corporate nights. You can contact us at 910-805-7552 to discuss your group needs.
What time does Phobia open?
Phobia opens at 8PM on Friday's, Saturday's and Sunday's and closes at Midnight to allow all customers to enjoy the attraction. The last ticket will be sold at 11:30. No one will be admitted after 12AM and everyone who has a ticket will get through. Check the calendar for exact dates.
What happens if there is inclement weather?
Phobia is an outdoor haunted trail. If there is inclement weather and we are forced to close we will issue refunds and or reschedule your haunt. We will not issue any refunds for people who do not show up because of rain or inclement weather if we do not close. Please call us at 910-805-7552 to confirm the details for that night. We will make every effort to keep everyone safe. Phobia is an open air attraction we will be open in the rain.
Can I buy tickets online?
It is highly encouraged that you purchase tickets in advance online using this site. We will take cash and cards at the ticket booth on site but your time will start after the people who have reserved online. Please click the ticket button up top.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa and Mastercard.
Is Phobia Scary?
Phobia is a haunted trail and is meant to be scary. We will have disturbing scenes and live actors making every effort to entertain and scare our customers. Parents should use caution for anyone under 10. Last year we had some young kids go and be OK and some could not make it through. Some adults could not make it through either. No refunds will be given
What type of scenes will there be?
We do not give that information out. Phobia Haunted Trail creates their own characters and scenes. There will be plenty of clowns, since the circus' are closing they are looking to get even.
Will I be touched?
Our actors will not touch you, please do not touch them. If you hit any actor you will be removed from the attraction with no refund and criminal charges will be filed.
